Local Wholesale Database is a solution that contains records of network elements for Provider Groups, as well as records and management of the purchase and sale orders for products provided for in the General Plan for Competition Targets, Reference Offers for Provider Group Wholesale Products, and contracts entered into between Requesting and Provider Groups.
The Local BDA mirrors the centralized base in each Offering Provider belonging to groups that hold PMS and is used to interact with the Supervisory Entity’s Negotiation System for Wholesale Offers (SNOA), as provided for in the General Plan for Competition Targets annexed to Anatel Resolution No. 600, of 11/08/2012.
