Since 2017, we have provided a support service for a broadband quality measurement system (Internet) for land line and cellular data traffic services, which is contracted by ABR Telecom and currently uses the Telecommunications Services Quality Regulation – RQUAL, approved through Resolution No. 717, of December 23, 2019 as a reference.
Quality is measured through a series of systemic components, from among which the following can be highlighted:
• Measurement collection system (SDK + collectors);
• Smartphone application for measuring quality of mobile Internet services, which is currently active on more than 400,000 devices:

Telecommunications providers holding significant market power in their respective area of operations, according to the limit defined by the Regulator, are connected using our solution.
By providing the entire technological apparatus needed to sustain our service used to measure Internet quality, from infrastructure to business processes, we are able to guarantee a processing capacity that provided more than 6 billion measurements in 2022 alone. Cleartech has also historically been able to ensure a high level of availability in solution components, a common thread throughout the more than 30 services that we currently provide!
Our experience in providing this solution in Brazil led to our being chosen as a technological partner providing for the implementation and support for an Internet quality measurement system in Peru.
